How a clearance works

Four simple steps from your first contact to the empty, swept-clean rooms.

1. Photos or a call: send photos of each room via WhatsApp or call us (Mon–Sat 7 am–7 pm).
2. Free viewing: for flats, houses and heavily filled properties we look at the rooms on site.
3. Written quotation: scope, date and individual quotation in writing.
4. Clearance: we clear, separate waste for proper disposal and hand over swept clean.
