2. Contact form

When you use our form we process your name, phone number, email address (optional), details of the property, your message, your callback request, the language and campaign parameters from advertising links (utm parameters). The purpose is to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

The enquiry is stored in our database and forwarded to our office by email. If you provide an email address you receive an automatic confirmation. Enquiries are deleted automatically after 90 days unless an order results; for orders the statutory retention periods apply.

To prevent abuse we store an anonymised check value (hash) of your IP address for a maximum of 24 hours (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. File uploads

Photos or PDF files you upload are stored in non-public storage under a random file name and transmitted to our office only via time-limited links (7 days). They are deleted automatically after 90 days.

4. Server logs

When you visit the website our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser type) for secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Cookies and consent

We do not use cookies for statistics or advertising and no analytics tools, so there is no cookie notice. Your browser only stores form entries locally so that nothing is lost on reload; this data leaves your device only when you submit the form.

6. Embedded services

  • Fonts: loaded from our own server; no connection to Google.
  • Map (OpenStreetMap): only loaded on the service areas page after you click "Load map" (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your IP address is then transmitted to OpenStreetMap and the delivery service unpkg.
  • WhatsApp: clicking the WhatsApp link opens the WhatsApp (Meta) app; their privacy terms apply.

7. Processors

  • Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated): website hosting, database, file storage and email delivery.
