Send photos via WhatsApp or call us. For larger properties we arrange a free viewing and then send a written, individual quotation.
Is the viewing really free?
Yes, the viewing is free and without obligation.
How quickly can you clear?
Appointments are usually possible within 48 hours.
Do I have to be present?
No. A key handover is enough; we agree everything beforehand.
What happens to usable items?
Usable furniture, appliances and collectibles can be credited against the clearance.
How is the waste disposed of?
Properly, via licensed Viennese collection points. Proof of disposal on request.
Do you take hazardous waste?
Yes. Paints, varnishes, oil, batteries and chemicals are disposed of separately and shown separately in the quotation.
Which areas do you cover?
All 23 districts of Vienna as well as Klosterneuburg, Mödling, Baden, Schwechat and the surrounding area.
When do I pay?
After the clearance and your acceptance, against invoice.
