Cellars in Viennese apartment buildings are narrow, often without a lift and full of things nobody has touched for years.
We clear cellar compartments and corridors, carry everything up and dispose of it properly. For small cellars, a few photos are usually enough.

How is the quotation calculated?
Every clearance is different, so we work with an individual quotation on request instead of flat rates.
The quotation depends on the volume, floor and lift, carrying distances, dismantling work and any hazardous waste. Usable items can be credited against the clearance.

Are photos enough for a quotation?
For a single cellar compartment, usually yes.
Do I have to be there?
Only to unlock it, if needed. We agree everything in advance.
Do you take paint and chemicals?
Yes, hazardous waste is disposed of separately and shown separately in the quotation.
Can you combine it with the flat?
Yes, cellar and flat can be cleared on the same day.
