Every property is different. That is why we do not publish flat rates: you receive an individual quotation on request.

- Single items – e.g. piano, safe or a few pieces of furniture
- Cellar, attic or garage – compartments and storage rooms
- Flat – from one room to a complete flat
- House / terraced house – including cellar, attic and garden
For all packages: individual quotation on request, including travel, staff, transport, disposal and swept-clean handover.
What the quotation depends on
- Volume to be removed
- Floor, lift and carrying distances
- Dismantling of kitchens and fitted furniture
- Hazardous waste, shown separately
- Usable items that can be credited
Frequently asked questions
Is the quotation binding?
Yes. After the free viewing you receive a written quotation that applies on the day of the clearance.
Can I get a quotation without a viewing?
For small jobs such as a cellar compartment, photos via WhatsApp are often enough.
When do I pay?
After the clearance and your acceptance, against invoice.
